This New Zealand sourced pasture-raised sirloin is a lean source of protein that is slow-releasing and keeps you full longer too.

Each portion of steak is cooked to medium.

We strongly recommend slicing it into thin pieces for best experience.
Eat it chilled, or enjoy it warm.

Heating Instructions: 

Place entire sealed sous vide packet into a pot of hot water for 5 minutes to bring meat to room temperature.
Cut open packet, remove meat. (Optional: pat dry)
Heat a pan with 2 tablespoons fo fat (olive oil or any choice of cooking fat), quickly sear both sides for 1 minute each.
You may sear it longer if you prefer it really well done.
Slice thingy, enjoy!

Alternatively, spoon 2 tablespoons of oil on the steak and bake in the oven for 5 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
